Wouldn't it be cool if we maintained continuity between all of our exalted campaigns? Large scale events that happen in one game should be mentioned and perhaps interacted with in others. Realistically, this won't change a damn thing but, y'know, wouldn't it be cool?
There should also be compulsory guest appearances of characters between campaigns. With xp that tracks across different games! And we should all get warstriders! With essence cannons!
.... I spend too much time thinking about exalted. I'll go now.

I dunno how well this would work. I think it does with a single gm. but not so well across different people. certainly i would intend any exalted campaigns i run to have some sort of continuity between them...

With a single DM it's fine - all my D&D campaigns share the same world and have recurring chars & guest appearances. Though I do agree with BSR, diff GMs can be awkward - my old DM did try to tie up one of my campaigns with his and it didn't quite gel properly.
I suppose it comes down to how the flow of time works in the various campaigns (and how close geographically they are). If one campaign moves at a significantly faster rate than another, working in concurrent (or event past) details can become more of a headache.
