I thought I'd start a thread that contains the dates that I am available for July, to help the getting organised effort.
Free: 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st.
If everyone puts when they're free up here (and I understand that people have to be flexible and are always subject to change) hopefully we can just pick a date and do it, rather than get through lots more posts.

I am on shifts 8:00-4 or 12-8 so I assume I'll only be able to do exalted on the days after four o clock in July. Dates I am working early are (provisionally anyway) 9th, 11th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 27th, 29th. I also have two days I can take off whenever I like - so long as they aren't during the weekend (and I have warning). After this i'm free many much in August.

Ok me too:
These are the dates I am NOT available, cos it's a much shorter list;
6th 7th 8th 14th 21st 22nd (and potentially 27th 28th 29th)
so basically not weekends. which is a shame.

Too many numbers. Someone tell me what you decide, and I'll tell you if I'm free. This weekend isn't great, but I think that's out already anyway. After that most things are fine I think.

Can do 11th but would rather not. 15th is good as it's St. Swithin's day, and 17th is also fine, as is 19th-24th. I think.

Summary of SH, BSR, JH and BR:
The (11th), 15th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 23rd or 24th then for exalted. LH,MDV? (I can only do from 6 on those days unless I have enough warning to take a day off)
Also with Shrubbery's needs:
(11th), 15th, 17th or 24th for Star Wars

we can't really do the 15th cos we'll be unpacking. I can't do the 20th or the 23rd cos I'll be in France or en route. I'm free any of the other days. Don't know about LH.
