Am posting this list since the issue raised its head last night and you would know about the various astrological gods in Yu-Shan.

The department responsible for overseeing astrology in all forms is the Concordat of Celestial Conjunction, part of the Bureau of Destiny.

The technical head is Asna Firstborn but since she is predominantly occupied with the Loom of Fate and the overworked pattern spiders, control has fallen to the next most senior god.

Chairman of the Concordat: Cazido, God of Astrology, Chief Mechanic of the Celestial Orrery.

The Concordat is divided into two branches:
1. Division of Astrological Workings (headed by the Chief Mechanic) - responsible for the mechanics of astrology.
2. Division of Celestial Affairs (headed by Dar Æris, God of Sidereal Astrology as its Daimyo) - responsible for the practice of astrology.

The gods of the Division of Astrological Workings comprise the 25 individual gods of the constellations and the 5 House gods who oversee them. Of key note, these gods manage the requests and records of all resplendent destinies requested by the Sidereal Exalted, and are often asked to sign off on petitions to the pattern spiders for the crafting of such.
