1. Fleet Perception has been missing for five months.
2. Eight months ago staff was transfered from B/ Heaven to B/ Humanity on anonymous orders from B/ Heaven.
3. False reports have been filed. Chronizon was unaware of issue, but sympathetic.
4. Impending audit of S/PI operatives ID-M2004, SE-V1002, SM-J1001. Communication and Travel restrictions will be enforced.
5. Assistance from Chronizon and Mendaxana, covert due to audit.
6. Fleet Perception intended to travel to Gem prior to disappearance. Motivation unknown. Whether trip was made unknown.
7. Silver Feather appears on Celestial Gate register for gate 52 at approx. time of disappearance of Fleet Perception.
Conjecture
1. Fleet Perception had discovered a secret and was disappeared to protect someone. Suspect high level operative from B/ Heaven.
2. Former Chief of Staff of Fleet Perception, Argent Quill, was involved. Has some foreknowledge, but has been less than forthcoming.
3. Possible continuation of absorbtion of domain and responsibilities of B/ Humanity by B/ Heaven.
4. Silver Feather is an alias of Argent Quill.

1. Reinterrogation of Argent Quill.
2. Trace source of anonymous orders from B/ Humanity
3. Trace source of false reports filed to Chronizon's office signed as Fleet Perception.

1. Find any information or clues as to whereabouts of Fleet Perception. Location of sanctums in attachment A.
2. Confirm if Argent Quill in Gem in period of interest and activities. Dossier on subject in attachment B. Special focus on obtaining information that would assist in interrogation.

1. Chorus of Smoke continues to be person of interest. Maintain vigilance and file any relevant information. Dossier on subject in attachment D.
2. Work discretely wherever possible. Audit should not be a significant problem, but no reason to involve others beyond current level.
