K, now I have read the IC stuff too. BSR, suitable disease god? I want something small enough to pay attention but big enough to affect a city.
[Also: I think this post'll force a page break. Note my previous post on the last page if so.]
[EDIT: Good guess, 'rat, good guess.]

River God sounds like a good plan.
Destroying a barracks slowed them down for 3 weeks. Destroying their HQ should probably slow them down at least as much, particularly if they have high-up DBs in it. Without a perfect defence, there's no real way to survive a mountain that lands on you as a surprise attack.

That's true, but we haven't yet confirmed that the gemlord plan is feasible. If it isn't, I'm not sure the other stuff will be enough.
Perhaps BSR could confirm whether the gemlord plan can be attempted? I can see why you'd call not; it doesn't seem right in general for a ritual summoning. But then, Exalted does loads of stupid stuff, and any character who can use Essence can override all sorts of standard magical "norms", so *shrug*. Anyway, we need a call either way.

BSR ruled it ok after a badminton session. But he may have just been consoling me after winning 5 games to zero (at least 2 of which he won 11-0) so we should probably check.
I have high hopes for the disease, though. The city's overcrowded and it might take off, which could force them to postpone it indefinitely.
Plus the flood plan is hilarious.

Plus the flood plain is hilarious. Fixed *ducks and runs* I think we have enough to delay them for another 4-5 weeks provided we get the timing right and don't try and unleash everything at the same time. Though there is something to be said for concurrent events taxing them to and beyond breaking point. Problem being we don't know where on the resource/resistance curve they are and we don't necessarily want to push them over the edge and cause wholesale population death. Or maybe we do and we can walk in to 'liberate' Greyfalls...
