As the gates open and the remains of Moloko's army begin to retrieve their wounded and dead Kairos looks a little peeved.
'But... we won. Closing the gates now just makes them seem like sore losers. Or even cheaters' He sighs, and turns to Grey Wolf. 'You're the general. What do we do now?'

'... Grey Wolf?'
Kairos turns around and realises that he is talking to empty space. Wheeling further around he sees the dawn caste is already busy working with Dalf, reforming the army.
'I guess that's what we do next'. He appears to hesitate for a moment, before beginning to shape some sorcery. Once he is once again at the centre of a projection dozens of feet tall, he speaks.
'I believe negotiations are in order. I expect to meet the city's delegates in two hours at the city gates. We have come to bring freedom to everybody, including those at the top. There is no need for further bloodshed'. He makes a show of looking down around his feet. 'To that end, if there are any doctors in the city who are able to fly to the aid of these men who have risked their lives for your well-being, then you may be able to prevent furter loss of life'
[I'll wait to see if anybody attempts to reply, then pretty meditate for 2 hours, unless something interesting happens]

[It would seem no one is attempting to reply.]
[Remember that you have two units of Maluka infantry, one who joined Grey Wolf, and one who surrendered to you, to deal with.]

[After two hours off meditation I will grab a target shield, and approach the city walls.
In the meantime, I would expect Dalf to deal with our prisoners (unless countermanded by GW). I don't know what GW will do with his 'new recruits'.
Let me know what happens when I get to the walls. I'll be looking for somebody who looks like they might be in charge of negotiations, I assume that people in the city may have an effect on whether that actually happens or not]

[Dalph tends to just kill prisoners. Which you theorise could be a handicap in negotiations. We'll assume Grey Wolf is dealing with them in some way.]

As you approach the walls, a few half-hearted arrows fly at you, but seeing that you're alone, they soon peter out. You call up to the walls and it seems to provoke nothing but confusion at first. Some of the guards start running in various directions, but without much purpose or organisation.
It's almost fifteen minutes later, when someone in slightly shinier armour and a slightly more elaborate helmet shows up. And finally calls back down to you. In a slightly less than authorative way.
"Errrrr.... What do you want?"

'I speak on behalf of the victorious army. I want for there to be no more blood shed this day. For that to happen, I must speak to a member of the council'.

"They're, errrr..... busy."
He looks very unsure. Clearly he'd rather someone else was taking care of this.
"I'm sure they'll deal with you when they've made a decision."

Kairos looks pitying as he speaks to the boy, but also determined. In fact, he's simply using this charm to activate [whichever charm costs 1m, gives me an extra appearance dot, and stops me making a faux pas] As he talks, golden light begins to outline his body.
'Listen. Whether you like it or not you're in this now. History is going to remember you. But it's still up to you to choose how it remembers you. Are you going to be the boy who caused the deaths of thousands by denying the leader of a victorious army the chance to negotiate a generous peace? (And who is punished accordinly) Or are you going to be the man who history remembers as playing a part in forming the treaty that granted the people of Moloko their freedom?'
The light, which is an outline, begins to flare out to add emphasis to his speech.
For the sake of your career. For the sake of your family, whose only chance to escape their lives as slaves stands here before you. For the sake of all of the familes in Moloko, and Moloko herself. And for the sake of history. Form your troops into an honour guard and escort me to the bloody council chambers.'
The light is brighter now; almost dazzling.
'Right now! The Sun Himself commands you!' and at these words light from the heavens shines down on Kairos, as if proving his words true'
[could I roll this; performance + manipulation + ?stunt dice?, and using the permanent performance charm for sfx. I'm trying to appeal to any motivations or intimacies he might have for (a) his family (b) his country (c) glory (d) not dying. If memory serves, that charm that gives me an understanding of Moloko's society, should eliminate up to 3 points of external penalty]

[The guy is presumably puzzled by your request to be taken into an entirely different and possibly nonexistant city.]

Though the guard does seem a little confused initially as Kairos continues to speak he can clearly see the intended effects his words are having written across the mans face. His eyes almost glow with an inner light, and he nods vigourously as Kairos completes his small show.
With an eager smile on his face he disappears from the wall. Kairos waits. There is the sound of raised voices, Kairos can't make out what they are saying. But clearly an argument is going on. It's not clear what is being argued or who is doing it.
Kairos hear's the sound of drawn swords and a brief scuffle, punctuated by some loud smacks. It quickly halts. No more voices are heard. But a half-hearted volley of arrows flies in a direction that is somewhat similar to where Kairos is standing. No more faces appear at the wall.

Kairos rolls his eyes and begins weighing up the pros and cons of having a city full of 10,000 people loving him as well as the unconquered sun. Just as he begins to cast commanding presence of fire for the thid time he hears the beating of wings and the occasional scream.
Smiling slightly he feels for the essence flows around him. He infuses them with a little of his power so they glow bright gold. He gradually shapes them into the Old Realm symbol for 'Iron', several feet across and pointing straight up into the air. Taking the symbol with him he walks out of arrow distance from the wall and waits for his ride.
