The initial proposal was to get our next Golden Opportunity on the 20th. Though potentially the 19th if there are strong reasons to move.
I am not sure that the story will advance very far between now and then, but we'll see what happens.
We also have a couple of individual sessions to organise. IIRC Kairos and Ferric are the only ones who made full use of two weeks downtime we had. Azir used one week. We don't necessarily have to organise individual sessions for these activities, but those looking for Sifus definitely should.

My preference would be Sunday 20th, as I am likely to be busy on 19th. Although if others would prefer 19th I'd be happy for LH to take control of Grey Wolf for the session

Either good currently, 19th marginally less so but not a big deal.

Although if others would prefer 19th I'd be happy for LH to take control of Grey Wolf for the session I appreciate the sentiment, but in general (in theory) each session ends at a point where characters who need to be elsewhere can - and can find an IC reason. This is to avoid this difficulty. I think we've got enough votes now to make it officially the 20th. Same timing as the last one, if people are ok with that? Can I once again request updated XP totals on character sheets thread? As I still tend to think that some people have less than perhaps they should....

I'm ok with same timings in principle, but would rather keep to session length of 4hrs in general - or at least, if we're going to go up to 6 hrs per session then I'd rather decide that now rather than before each session. Just I need to know how much time I'm committing to stuff.

Ok, that's fair. And you may be right that sessions don't need to be quite so long in general. Shall we convene at 1 next time?

This is why you need a campaign tracker spreadsheet I know - but sadly, since XP is handed out so haphaazardly in exalted it's proven much more tricky than I would like. The other thing I need to do so badly is write down NPC names. otherwise they're going to end up changing....

TBF, it shouldn't be too difficult to recount the session awards and stuff awarded on the boards. the number of 3d-stunts in game though might be a bit trickier.
S1: 5 S2: 4 (+1 bonus to Kairos?) S3: 4 (+1 bonus to Azir) S4: 6 (+1 bonus to Raiden)
I don't know about any mini-sessions, I'm afraid.
I'll see what my notes say as far as NPC names go when I get a chance.

By my calculation it's: S1 : 5 (+1 bonus to Fox) Ferric, starts with 4 S2: 4 (+1 bonus to Kairos) Grey Wolf, starts with 7 S3: 4 (+1 bonus to Azir) Raiden, starts with 14 S4: 6 (+1 bonus to Raiden) Mini-Sessions: Fox: +3 Kairos: +1, +3 Grey Wolf: +3 (Though it may be +2 from the mass combat session to K/GW not +3) Boards: Azir: +2, +3 Kairos: +2, +3 Ferric: +1, +2 Fox: +1, +1 Grey Wolf: +2 3 dice stunts: Azir: 5 Raiden:1 So total XP would be: Azir: 30 Kairos: 29 Ferric: 21 Fox: 25 Grey Wolf: 22 Raiden: 22 Plus any gained from 3 dice stunts. which should be at least 1 for everybody i think and more for most (probably like 15 for Kairos ).

Heh. Raiden has 1 XP from a 3d stunt as well, but apart from that the above record is accurate for him, meaning he has 22 XP.
(I'll put that on my character sheet once I've finalised it and posted it).
20th is probably ok, will need to check with my DS.

So total XP would be: Azir: 25 Kairos: 29 Ferric: 21 Fox: 25 Grey Wolf: 22 Raiden: 21 Plus any gained from 3 dice stunts. which should be at least 1 for everybody i think. Updated now. Do people want to let me know how many 3 dice stunts they've been credited with in their estimation? Then we can try to track it more closely from this point out.

For Azir, there's the 3 on the boards (the bureaucracy plan, the speech to the mob, debating with Kairos) and two in play (archery one last session and the SSS-usage on the squad captain in the previous one).
