Just because I have forseen issues with this, i think it would be good to call people's attention to the issue of declaring what equipment people have with them at any time.
Saying "I draw my daiklave/powerbow/(whatever)" is going to be a slight issue if there was nowhere appropriate to store them subtley. I am generally going to assume you don't have artifacts with you unless otherwise stated.

Can we assume I have my hearthstone with me? It'll be hidden in its amulet under clothes & cloak. So it won't be hard to detect if someone's really looking, but I'll take that risk.

I assume the Book and its hearthstone can be carried in my satchel/pack?
But yeah, unless we're venturing outside of town, I'm unlikley to be carrying the bow. I'll only have a slashing sword at my waist, part covered by my cloak.

So you probably don't want to take it with you everywhere...

True dat. Yeah, guess I'll leave the Book locked in my rooms at the palace then along with bow.

the book is mostly used for training anyway, and hence isn't essential to have with you.
this is why summoning charms are so incredibly useful. summoning the loyal steel/bow or potentially a cache egg or similar.

Thought about Summoning the Loyal Bow as replacement but it has a pre-req charm unf.
What's a cache egg? When you say similar - is there something else I can get to summon it from Elsewhere?

A cache egg is an item. It stores things elsewhere. Some items are enchanted with similar powers, but not many other items simply act as storage.

Except for the Bag of Holding, of course.

ooh, ooh, I want one of those - Type IV please how likely/easy is it to get hold of a cache egg? Are they significant First Age artifacts?

As artifacts go they're not uncommon. You could get one for resources 4 from the right people. Or ask Ferric to make you one - assuming you could find a method to do so, if Ferric wanted to reinvent a method it would be a little tougher.
