Seen these before. They are highly awesome. I think they are 1st ed - so i'm not sure if any changes have been made....
Tredemin would be in T6. The hundred kingdoms covers most of s6 and t6 as well as substanital parts of t7 u6 and u7.

Awesome. Does that mean we're in the North East Of the HK? Or does it mean that none of the other 'kingdoms' to the North and East of us are larger than towns?

You're in the north-east most kingdom. there's still settlement beyond you, but nothing big enough to be called a kingdom.
there are kingdoms further east, but they're a way south - and have a big ol' river in the way of northwards travel basically.

No. It actually runs in the opposite direction towards the yellow river. There;s a line of hills and a forest between you and the lesser rock river.

The Silver Clouds is, I imagine, in the 1st ed fae book. What is it/she/he? Does it exist in our universe. It looks pretty close to us

It's the Fae Court that technically claims dominion over these lands. They are entirely irrelevant having no presence and no wyld to inhabit.
