He is lovely. And amazing. And geeky also. But in many ways I think he'd struggle to play a black woman convincingly.

I think you misssed the point. They are famous people and hence inherently supercool. They will be pretending to be us, which makes them even cooler quite frankly. And we will be there stalking watching them. And actually Scarlot was the one being racist and sexist. By casting a white man in the role of a black woman, and hence failing to cast a black woman she is guilty of discrimination on two counts. I am a champion of equal opportunities.
