I blame me too.
Also, there won't be LQ - it was all the way in Archway and I couldn't be bothered to muster the troops.

Sorry for doing this to everyone at this late stage, but I've just realised that saturday is far from ideal for me as I'm supposed to be at a birthday in Northwood (don't ask where that is, suffice to say the answer is 'a long way away'). I can in theory back out of this and roleplay instead, but I would really appreciate it if we could move the day and avoid my having to do so. Thank you all for your continuing patience with my congenital chronic incompetence.

My ticket is booked and non-refundable so I'm unable to change the day, sorry.

We indeed cannot avoid JDs presence and hence it would be good to provide him with a reason to be in london. my question is can we find anything worthwhile to do anyway? we can always chip in for JDs next bus fair as well to make up for this.
if people feel to strongly then we can still hold it on saturday and make roleplay destroy shrubbery's social life, as it has all of ours. muhahahaha!

Shrubbery, is the birthday in the evening? As we were planning to play in the afternoon (right?), or is Northwood really just *too* far away?

It's 2 hours away and supposed to be an afternoon/evening thing, so I can't really do both. JD, if I buy you a coach ticket for either friday or sunday could you stay overnight and just be in London an extra day?

Friday is off too, because LH is in Cambridge. So we're back on saturday. sigh.
shrubbery thinks that he can still make some of his party if he can leave at about 5.30. so we will aim for that.
for faffing and stuff (levelling) can people aim to get here about 11-11.30? people travelling from cambridge may not be able to make that obviously, what time are we looking at for them?
