Howdy all! Getting withdrawal symptoms from not RP-ing with you guys  so though would see if we can get S:PI off the ground. So... I need two groups: Team 1 (running around Yu-Shan) and Team 2 (running round Creation). Divide yourselves up and feel free to come up with better code-names if you wish  Session 1 will be in Yu-Shan with Team 1, so can I suggest dates of either: a) Saturday 8th November; or b) Sunday 16th November ---------------------------------------- Team 1: Shroud-of-Mist, Icaron Dromadae, Succour-in-Extremis Team 2: Cerulean Void, Ennico Sorrel, [SH] |

I don't care which team I'm in - I was hoping we'd have the opportunity to do both Yu-Shan and Creation stuff.
I would prefer the later start date as my current work project is a bit tough and unlikely to ease up before mid-November.

For organisation purposes it makes sense for each session to be (primarily) based in one location or the other with switchovers to take place end-of or out-of session. Also Teams aren't fixed, just was hoping for a split for this case, again for ease of organisation. I'm thinking each case will have a reasonably stable team set and then we mix and match for each new case. But we'll see how it goes.  |

Would it not be better to know what each thing entails in order to divide ourselves up. I'm happy with either start date - though have also proposed some golden opp for the 8th (with the team that doesn't include either O or BR)

But essentially case 2 breaks down as: Fleet Perception, the God of Terrestrial Timekeeping, has disappeared. Your task is to find out what has happened to him. Session 1 will be investigations in Yu-Shan (talking, stealth, knowledge of mechanisms are probably key here). Session 2 will be team 2 acting on relayed info to do some work Creation-side. |

Yeah, LH probably outranks me in the knowledge stakes.
In terms of IC reasons though IIRC
U - very gold faction
JD - quite gold faction
BSR - little gold faction
BR - Indep
LH - little bronze faction
SH - ?
which should probably factor in too. also i keep meaning to write up a proper backstory (and I will, soon) but my character is pretty sheltered and doesn't really like to leave Yu-Shan.

My character tends to do what he is told, so he'll go where the factions send him. If BSR is going to be in Yu Shan then it makes sense for me to be in creation, though.

Okay, well it looks like we've got BR, BSR & U for Session 1 then, and we'll go for November 16th then. Probably a good idea since that means both me and U aren't RPing straight from the 7th to 9th  And lets BSR run GO on the Sat. |

Not meaning to sound weird - but me and SH don't want to be in the same group, if possible. One game (Lunars) with three players where two of us are in a relationship is enough (sorry, Ulrich - it's just not working for me). We don't mind what groups we're in, though my character is more appropriate to Creation. Sorry if this spanners anyone's works.
On a side note, SH's character (she assures me) is an Independent ballet-dancer.

Fair enough I guess. But I will point out that in Golden Opp (and I imagine in this too) the groups will be fluid, and will probably change every few sessions.
My plan for Golden Opp is to have completely different groups for Story 3. Which means you'll probably have another three sessions in the little lunar pack.

JD - Like what BSR said - I envisage groups will change between (or even within) cases. The split so far makes sense for what I have prepared, so would you and SH mind too much - at least for your first session - being in the same group and then we can switch over for the next one? Also, SH - do you know when you'll be ready to post a char sheet for my perusal? Thirdly, can we pencil in Sunday November 23rd for Session 2 in Creation? |
